Our dates are grown under ideal conditions in Tunisia and carefully selected to ensure superior quality and taste.

1. PICKING
We carefully select our farmers. This selection is carried out by our quality manager. The dates are sorted before the goods are transported to our warehouse.
The dates are then transported by refrigerated truck to our warehouse to ensure the product’s freshness and maintain the cold chain.
3. STORAGE IN THE FUMIGATION ROOM
During this stage, a second quality control check is performed: samples of the goods are taken to verify compliance with our specifications.
4. REFRIGERATED STORAGE
The dates are then stored in our cold storage facility before being sorted and packed.
5. TRIAGE
The dates are sorted by our workers under the watchful eye of our quality and hygiene manager. The dates are sorted according to our orders (stemmed, standard, etc.). Non-conforming dates are set aside. The rejected dates undergo further sorting: they are either processed (into paste or trays) or classified as substandard and sold to farmers for their livestock to avoid being thrown away.
6. PACKAGING
Once packaged, the dates undergo another inspection to check the overall condition and cleanliness of the packaging, the dates, and so on.
7. STORAGE ON PALLETS
The boxes are stored in a cool place on pallets (between 2 and 4°C) prior to shipment.
8. QUALITY CONTROL
A Tunisian government agency inspects the quality of the products being shipped. Any non-compliant batch is not shipped.
When exposed to the sun, the queen of dates reveals its pit, a sign of ripeness.
9. REFRIGERATED EXPORTS
Refrigerated exports are shipped either by container or by semi-trailer.
